Jacquie’s Cutout Cookies
Super soft and delicious cutout cookie recipe. Nothing better than freshly baked and frosted cutouts at Christmas!
Ingredients
Cookies
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
Frosting for 2 Batches
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Cream together margarine and sugar.
- Mix in cream cheese and egg yolk.
- Mix in flour and vanilla.
- Chill, then roll out and cut cookies and bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
- Mix ingredients for frosting and frost cookies when cool.
