Alfredo Sauce
This is a simple Alfredo sauce that is delicious on pasta with Italian sausage and bell peppers. It a recipe from The Pioneer Woman.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a saucepan, warm the butter and cream.
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic (if you like) to taste.
- Add grated parmesan and stir until melted. Use pasta water (or warm water) to thin is the sauce is too thick.
