Sesame Ginger Dressing
Flavorful, easy sesame ginger dressing made with simple ingredients. This healthy homemade dressing is sweet & savory, and perfect for adding to veggie packed salads or using as a marinade.

Ingredients
- 2 T toasted sesame oil
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T soy sauce or sub coconut aminos
- 2-3 T rice vinegar
- 1 ½ T maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1 T ginger freshly minced
Optional
- 1 T tahini for a creamy dressing: add tahini or cashew butter
Instructions
- Whisk (mix or shake) together the following: sesame oil, olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, garlic and fresh ginger.
- For a creamier dressing, add in a tablespoon of tahini or cashew butter.
