Crockpot Honey Garlic Pork Chops & Carrots

These Crockpot Honey Garlic Pork Chops & Carrots are a simple, flavorful, and juicy slow-cooker meal. The pork chops are coated in a sticky honey garlic glaze and cooked in foil packets with tender baby carrots, locking in all the moisture and flavor for a perfectly glazed, melt-in-your-mouth dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops boneless or bone-in
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Honey Garlic Glaze

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  • Cut large pieces of aluminum foil
  • Divide carrots evenly in each packet
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper
  • Place one pork chop over carrots in each packet
  • In a separate bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, paprika, and oil
  • Spoon glaze generously over each pork chop
  • Seal foil packets tightly
  • Place packets in crockpot: Low: 5–6 hours OR High: 3–4 hours
  • Carefully open packets and spoon extra sauce over before serving
