Crockpot Honey Garlic Pork Chops & Carrots
These Crockpot Honey Garlic Pork Chops & Carrots are a simple, flavorful, and juicy slow-cooker meal. The pork chops are coated in a sticky honey garlic glaze and cooked in foil packets with tender baby carrots, locking in all the moisture and flavor for a perfectly glazed, melt-in-your-mouth dish.
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops boneless or bone-in
- 2 cups baby carrots
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Honey Garlic Glaze
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
- Cut large pieces of aluminum foil
- Divide carrots evenly in each packet
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper
- Place one pork chop over carrots in each packet
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, paprika, and oil
- Spoon glaze generously over each pork chop
- Seal foil packets tightly
- Place packets in crockpot: Low: 5–6 hours OR High: 3–4 hours
- Carefully open packets and spoon extra sauce over before serving
