Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Place chicken breasts into the prepared dish and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  • Evenly spread the creamy Parmesan mixture over each chicken breast. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • For a golden, bubbly finish, broil the chicken on high for 2–3 minutes at the end.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with rice, pasta, or roasted vegetables.
