No-Bake Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Chocolate Oat Cups

These no-bake oat cups are thick, creamy, and deeply chocolatey. Greek yogurt keeps the filling smooth, peanut butter adds richness, and oats give a satisfying bite. A simple chilled treat perfect for snacks or small dessert cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dark chocolate mini chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add the cocoa powder and salt, stirring until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in the rolled oats until the mixture becomes thick and evenly combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Spoon the mixture into silicone muffin cups or a lined mini muffin tray, pressing gently to shape.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, until firm.
  • Remove from molds and enjoy chilled.
