No-Bake Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Chocolate Oat Cups
These no-bake oat cups are thick, creamy, and deeply chocolatey. Greek yogurt keeps the filling smooth, peanut butter adds richness, and oats give a satisfying bite. A simple chilled treat perfect for snacks or small dessert cravings.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dark chocolate mini chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the cocoa powder and salt, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the rolled oats until the mixture becomes thick and evenly combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone muffin cups or a lined mini muffin tray, pressing gently to shape.
- Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, until firm.
- Remove from molds and enjoy chilled.
