Ingredients

epsom salts
3 dr
Lavender essential oil
3 dr
Rosemary essential oil
4 dr
Lemon essential oil

Instructions

Mix ingredients and store in a glass jar.

To use, add one tablespoon of mixture to very warm water. Soak for 10 - 15 minutes.
